| If you've been looking for an honest conversation about difficult times and a genuine reason to feel hopeful, the LWV SLOCO Spring Meeting on Saturday, June 6, is worth your morning.
Doors open at 9:00 am at Ventana Grill in Pismo Beach, with the program running from 9:30 to 11:30 am.
Guest speaker Kaila Dettman, Executive Director of The Land Conservancy of SLO County, will share "Finding Hope in Nature," and the League's Civil Discourse Committee will lead a conversation on "Coping With Chaos." Ed Cabrera's year-in-review slide show rounds out a morning that is equal parts grounding and energizing.
